The instruction is provided by a team of inspectors including a Master Home Inspector with a construction background, other Certified Professional Inspectors and professionals who specialize in associated industries. Our founder, a Certified Master Inspector and Engineer, has been in the inspection industry for 20 years.

Our Facility
Gain invaluable experience through practical, on-site training, in a REAL home with REAL defects. Our facility includes examples of hazardous electrical panels, asbestos, lead pipe/paint and termite damage. We have a water heater and furnace opened up to demonstrate parts and we even have a crawl space (for those daring enough to enter) structural issues and the drainage that caused it.
